Experience/Qualifiactions:

• BEng/BSc/HNC/HND in building services or related.
• 10 years’ experience in building services engineering or related role minimum.

Role:

• Main engineer on multiple projects.
• Define the scope and approach for mechanical on multiple projects.
• Delegating office based design work and CAD to juniors.
• Delegating site based work to intermediate engineers.
• Carry out office based design works where required.
• Write Specifications.
• Carry out site surveys.
• Attend design team meetings.
• Liaise with clients and contractors.
• Manage multiple project deadlines.
• Ensure multiple project deadlines and achieved and deliverables are delivered.
• Train junior and intermediate engineers.
