What the job entails:
·A good understanding of driver’s hours and transport legislation to ensure deadlines are met and in a cost-effective way.
·Must be a good relationship builder, self-motivated, have good IT skills and most importantly be able to communicate effectively.
·Able to work well under pressure is vital whilst also demonstrating strong administration skills.
·Effectively planning vehicles routes for the day.
·Monitoring live jobs that are running to ensure any delays that occur are identified.
·Speaking with customers to report any issues or delays ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
·Working as a team to support each other when any issues occur.
-1-2 years’ experience in the preparation of TA’s, TS’s
-Should have the use of junction modelling software for development projects in the UK
-Must be able to interpret transport data and have an understanding of design standards (DMRB, MfS etc.)
-Broad knowledge of environmental issues related to transport is expected
-Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
-Degree (2:1) in a related subject

The salary for this role is £28,000 to £35,000 per annum dependant on experience with excellent benefit programmes available.
