Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to join their Sustainability Team at their Birmingham Office, working 36.25 hours per week under their agile framework.

It is anticipated that you will be a qualified BREEAM assessor and ideally be a BREEAM AP or working towards gaining this qualification and have demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM projects.
Your Experience, Skills & Qualifications
A Degree (or equivalent) in in an Environmental/Sustainability/Architectural Technology subject, or related discipline, to work within their expanding Sustainability Group in the West Midlands.
Working knowledge of Home Quality Mark (HQM) and SKA assessments would be an advantage along with experience of using the OneClick software for life cycle and embodied carbon analysis.
You must have the ability to work collaboratively both within the business and externally, have a strong propensity to work with others and should be conscientious and committed.
You should also be a well-organised, proactive, flexible, driven, forward planner with the ability to deliver work to a high standard and to tight timescales.
You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a strong willingness to learn and a desire to develop new and existing skills.
Proven experience working within the industry would be ideal but a real desire to promote sustainability in the built environment is also very important.
You will become an integral part of our team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative and with a proactive approach.

The salary for this role is £25,000 to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience with excellent benefit programmes available.
This position is commutable from Birmingham, Coventry and Redditch.
