Senior MEP Revit Technician

Our clients were established in 1978 and have been practising continuously as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultants since this date. The practice was formed on a foundation of heavy engineering and was actively involved in all aspects of power generation and site infrastructure.

They have retained considerable experience in this field of engineering. With the progressive demise if the manufacturing industry and subsequently their heavy engineer services requirement, the practice has evolved and today, the practice main business is Central Government services, Pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary research, manufacturing, education and community and commercial based projects.

Our clients are currently looking to recruit a Senior MEP Revit Technician from the Building Services Sector. You will have to be confident and able to work individually as you will be trusted to complete all CAD and Revit drawings on time and up to the specification. You will also be comfortable liaising with other professionals inside and outside of the business to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and up to the clients’ high standards.

Requirements: ·

  • Hold qualifications for Revit ·
  • 3-5 years background in Building Services ·
  • At least two years of experience using Revit MEP
  • Conversive with MS packages
  • Strong knowledge of BIM and relevant design software
  • Proven track record of deliverance of projects
  • Masters in BIM Management (desirable)
  • Engage with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements.
  • Keep up to date with current market trends
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experienced in larger projects

This role can be worked from home around 50% of the time but office attendance will be required and is commutable from Bicester, Oxford and Luton . Our clients offer competitive salary and generous holiday allowance along with other benefits. Please send your CV for this role today!
