Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer

The Role:

The main purpose of the role is to design Mechanical Engineering Services for buildings whilst meeting the customer needs and our clients company objectives.

Responsibilities:

·Understanding the design tasks required to complete a project

·Undertaking design calculations

·Developing design proposals

·Liaison with customers, design team, suppliers and contractors

·Preparing tender documentation and drawings using AutoCAD

·Knowledge of Revit & BIM

·Undertake surveys and inspections and preparing relevant reports

·Complying with the clients QA procedures

The Requirements:

·3 years experience and relevant qualifications

·Membership to CIBSE or IMECH (desirable)

·Knowledge of AutoCAD, Hevacomp & Amtech

·Knowledge of computer aided design calculations procedures and spreadsheets

Salary:

£35,000 to 45,000 per annum depending on experience.

This role is commutable from Aylsebury, Watford and Luton.
