Experience/Qualifications:

• BEng/BSc/HNC/HND in building services or related.
• 5 years’ experience in building services engineering or related role.

Role:

• Main mechanical design engineer on projects assigned.
• Define the scope and approach for mechanical on projects.
• Delegating office based design work and CAD to juniors.
• Carry out office based design works where required.
• Write Specifications.
• Carry out site surveys.
• Attend design team meetings.
• Liaise with clients and contractors.
• Manage project deadlines.
• Ensure project deadlines and achieved and deliverables are delivered.
• Train junior engineers.
